What is Jarly?

Jarly is a baked good delivery service. We deliver monthly surprise boxes of fresh baked goods. Each month we feature a new local artisan baker and fill the box with their best treats. We focus on sourcing interesting and new treats from local bakers to surprise you with!

Does Jarly deliver to me?

We sure do! We can send goods to your home or work, just let us know where you want it. Right now we deliver across South Florida and in New York City.

How often do I get deliveries?

We offer a monthly subscription box which is delivered the second or third week of each month, depending on your area. We’ll let you know in the checkout when you will receive it. You can also get a gift box, which is also delivered the second or third week of the month, depending on your area.

What's in each box?

There are at least 5 different items per box, and each box is different. We source from a variety of bakers, all of whom have different specialties. Don’t worry, we taste test to ensure everything is delicious and always a great value.

How much does Jarly cost?

A monthly subscription is $19.99/month (delivery is always free)

A 1 time gift box is $25 (delivery is free)

A 3 month gift subscription is $22/month (delivery is always free)

A 6 month gift subscription is $20/month (delivery is always free)

What if something’s wrong with my delivery?

If there’s anything wrong, we’ll make it right. Email us at and we’ll clear things up.

What if there’s something I’m allergic to?

Email us at before purchasing and we will see if we can accommodate your allergies. If you have any serious allergies to nuts, etc, we don’t recommend getting our subscription box, as most of our bakers’ kitchens will produce products that contain nuts.

I have some favorite treats, but I don’t have time to make them. Can I get these in a box?

At this point we cannot do custom orders, but we’d love to hear the suggestions! We can pass these ideas to our talented bakers and they may start showing up on your doorstep. Email us ideas at

What if I want to skip a delivery?

We all need a break from time to time, whether you’re going on vacation, or keeping a strict diet, we understand. You can put your subscription on hold through your account page, or send us an email at and we’ll make it work. Please keep in mind, we plan each delivery in advance, so you’ll need to put your subscription on hold before the 1st of each month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’d be sad to see you go 🙁 but you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, no questions asked. Since we plan each delivery in advance, you’ll need to cancel before the 1st of each month.

We would also really like to hear why you decided to cancel to help us improve our service. We’d like to be able to give you a call just to hear feedback, no pressure.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in South Florida, but are looking to expand. Your area could be next! In the meantime, email us at to let us know you’re dying to have Jarly in your community!

Do I have to be home to accept my delivery?

We hand deliver everything fresh between 9am and 6pm, so it’s best if we can deliver directly to you at home or at work. If this isn’t possible we’ll do our best to successfully deliver your Jarly Box. If you’re not home, and we can’t leave it with your doorman, your neighbor, or in a safe place at your address, please leave any specific instructions in the notes at checkout.

We’ll remind you of the delivery at the beginning of the week and text you with an ETA the day before the delivery. If the time for the delivery doesn’t work, please text us back and we’ll be happy to arrange a different time if possible.

If no one is home we will leave your box for you. If it is in a hot environment, we will leave it in a cooler bag* to help keep the goods at room temperature. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the condition of the food after it is left out, which is why we give the opportunity to reroute the delivery the day before.

We are open to new ideas of how to improve the delivery system. Please contact us at with any suggestions.

* There will be a $3.50 deposit on cooler bags charged at the time of your next delivery if you don’t leave the bag out for us to collect. If you do leave the bag out, you’ll never see the charge for the deposit.
